Room rates.

Room rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast each morning. A minimum of two nights is required for holidays and peak season (Sep 1–Oct 31). Room rates are subject to the 9% Vermont state Rooms & Meals tax.

Check-in, check-out.

Check-in is from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. If you arrive later, we’ll provide a guide for easy self check-in.

Check-out is at 11:00am. Please call us if you would like to request an earlier or later arrival.

Breakfast.

We offer an abundant continental breakfast Monday through Thursday. Friday through Sunday we offer a full breakfast service starting at 8:30am based on the seasonal, local produce available and the creative whims of our kitchen. Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions!

Cancellation.

Due to the small size of our inn, last minute cancellations do affect us considerably. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival date are charged the first night plus tax. Cancellations within 14 days and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.

Deposit.

We require a minimum of a one night deposit. For stays longer than two nights, the deposit is 50% of your total stay. The balance of your stay is due upon arrival. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Smoking.

We kindly remind our guests that smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Should you disregard this policy and leave behind any cigarette odor in the room, it will result in a $420 cleaning fee.

Extra guests.

Each of our rooms can accommodate two people. At this time, we do not allow extra guests.
